  My husband and I visited the Sprint store in the Pittsburgh Mills Mall on Saturday 8/19/17. We switched from AT&T to Sprint that day with the help of Tyler. We were extremely impressed by Tyler's knowledge, maturity and professionalism. His age came up in a conversation and we couldn't believe he is only 19 years old. His has such great work ethics for being so young. You are very lucky to have such a great salesman like him working for your store. He answered all of our questions. And the questions that he didn't know the answers to, he politely excused himself so he could get the answers right away. Tyler kept us informed every step of the way and made the whole process enjoyable. We hope to see him back there the next time we visit your store.
