  The store manage "Wade" was outstanding - great customer service! He made it very easy for my wife & me to purchase new Iphones and switch over from Verizon. I couldn't believe the savings - why did we wait so long.

  I had an issue with our phones. An employee named Collyn was so dedicated to fixing the problem, he never gave up and he fixed the issue. Collyn was so polite and professional, I thought he was a manager. I had a different problem with my phone, and had to call the store. I spoke with Wade the manager he took care of the problem to my complete satisfaction. Wade was very professional, polite, and caring about the problem. Best customer service!
